As a FOH Staff at Scorched, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring the smooth operation of the dining area. You will work closely with our kitchen staff to ensure that orders are prepared and served promptly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and welcome customers to ensure a warm and friendly atmosphere.
• Take and record customer orders accurately using our POS system, Square.
• Assist customers with menu recommendations and special requests.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues to the satisfaction of the guest.
• Perform cash handling duties, including accepting payments and making change.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including restocking supplies and cleaning the dining area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a front of house role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Square, is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) of weight.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
