As an Area Sales Leader at Kredivo Group, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of sales promoters, setting and achieving sales targets, and ensuring that our products are well-represented in the Purwakarta and Cianjur markets. You will work closely with regional managers and national sales teams to align local efforts with the company's overall strategy. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and mentor a team of sales promoters to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement local sales strategies that align with the company's national strategy.
Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in the Purwakarta and Cianjur regions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and business partners.
Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to regional and national management.
Train and develop sales promoters to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Participate in company-wide initiatives and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role in the retail sector.
Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating sales teams.
Strong understanding of the retail industry and market trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with sales management software such as SAP or Salesforce.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Certification in sales management or a related field is a plus.
