📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Basic knowledge of our CRM system is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work outside of regular business hours if necessary.
• Valid Indonesian citizen ID card.
