📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize export-import processes using tools like SAP, TradeLink, and other relevant software.
• Coordinate with sales, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth international trade operations.
• Monitor and analyze trade data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation for export-import transactions, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and suppliers.
• Provide regular reports on trade performance and suggest strategies for improvement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new trade initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in export-import operations or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Proficiency in using export-import management software such as SAP, TradeLink, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
