📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to ensure that documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness,Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices,Assist with the creation of user manuals, quick start guides, and other reference materials,Provide technical writing support to marketing and sales teams as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software,Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
