Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and other products.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly technical manuals, guides, and tutorials.,Edit and proofread technical documents to ensure high-quality standards.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the creation of marketing and sales materials to support product launches.,Provide technical support to customers and users through documentation and training materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
