📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and receiving.,Oversee cash handling and ensure accurate financial transactions.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries.,Assist in training and supervising store staff.,Monitor store security and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail, store administration, or a similar role is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
