Hub Prime Sentosa is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Purchasing Staff to join our team. We are a leading company in the Palopo region, and we are looking for a professional who can help us maintain our high standards of quality and service.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing our purchasing operations, ensuring that we source the best products at the most competitive prices. You will work closely with our suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure that our inventory is always well-stocked.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee all purchasing activities to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure competitive pricing.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery performance.
  • Prepare and analyze purchasing reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all purchasing policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in purchasing.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
  • Strong understanding of purchasing operations and supply chain management.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using purchasing software and tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
