Oversee the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient running.,Manage a team of staff, providing training, support, and motivation to achieve sales targets.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.,Monitor stock levels and ensure that products are displayed attractively and accurately.,Work closely with the corporate office to achieve business objectives and maintain brand standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Conduct regular stock takes and inventory management to ensure accuracy and prevent loss.,Promote the brand and products through various marketing and promotional activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role or industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.,A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Familiarity with retail software and systems, such as POS, inventory management, and reporting tools.,A passion for retail and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,A valid driver's license and the ability to drive in Bali.
