📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform regular maintenance checks on machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues
- Ensure all machinery is running smoothly and efficiently
- Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns
- Monitor and maintain safety standards in the workplace
- Prepare and maintain detailed maintenance records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
- Proven experience with mechanical maintenance and repair
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and tools such as PLCs, sensors, and actuators
- Understanding of maintenance management systems (MMS)
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid certification in mechanical maintenance or related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures
