As a Learning Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.,Identify training needs and develop solutions to address them.,Create engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and manuals.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs meet the needs of the business.,Provide guidance and support to employees on their learning and development journey.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
