📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead and manage the talent acquisition process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding and retention.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, hiring partners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions in collaboration with the hiring manager.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Represent the company as a key employer brand ambassador.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successful recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
