📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily security operations and ensure the safety of the premises.,Manage and supervise a team of security guards, providing training and guidance as needed.,Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to identify and mitigate potential threats.,Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, implementing appropriate measures to ensure safety.,Maintain accurate and detailed security logs and reports.,Enforce security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.,Coordinate with law enforcement agencies as needed to address security concerns.,Perform first aid and emergency response procedures as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Security Guard or in a related field.,Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to supervise a team.,Strong knowledge of security operations, including risk assessment and threat management.,Valid security guard certification or equivalent experience.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with security technology and equipment.,Valid driver's license and ability to operate security vehicles.
