Tanggung Jawab:

• Greeting and assisting visitors, clients, and staff with a friendly and professional manner.
• Managing the reception area, including answering phones, directing calls, and handling mail.
• Scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings.
• Providing information about the company and its services.
• Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
• Promoting a positive and welcoming environment for all visitors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and at least one other language is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer skills, including email and scheduling software.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
