📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of delivery personnel to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.,Oversee the daily operations of the delivery team, including scheduling, routing, and performance monitoring.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.,Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, provide feedback, and address any concerns.,Monitor and report on team performance, including delivery times, customer satisfaction, and safety compliance.,Train and develop new team members to ensure they meet company standards and expectations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a delivery or logistics team.,Strong knowledge of delivery and logistics operations, including routing, scheduling, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Proficiency in using delivery and logistics management software.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.,High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in logistics or customer service are a plus.
