📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to maintain high standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling practices.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ordering to optimize costs and minimize waste.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.,Collaborate with the executive team to drive business growth and innovation in the restaurant sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or equivalent role.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.

🛠️ Keahlian

Strong knowledge of Indonesian and English languages.Experience with hybrid work models.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
