📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring timely and efficient service.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effective materials.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best possible terms.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to provide insights and support decision-making.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve procurement processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain supplier relationships.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems or procurement software is a plus.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment, combining office and remote work.
