📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Recruit, hire, and train new employees,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Manage employee benefits and compensation,Coordinate employee relations and conflict resolution,Conduct performance appraisals and employee development,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records,Assist with compliance and regulatory requirements,Support the company's overall strategic goals and objectives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
