📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their healthcare needs.,Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment.,Handle cash and other forms of payment securely.,Generate and reconcile daily sales reports.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both spoken and written.,Familiarity with healthcare terminology and procedures is a plus.,Ability to stand for long periods of time and handle cash transactions.
