📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee daily branch operations in Citeureup, Bogor, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
• Lead and mentor a team of field officers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets.
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability in the branch.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the performance of the branch and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
• Foster strong relationships with borrowers, partners, and other stakeholders to build trust and credibility.
• Conduct regular visits to field offices to assess operations, address issues, and provide support.
• Collaborate with the regional and national management teams to align branch operations with the overall business strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in the microfinance or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of microfinance products and services, including loans, savings, and insurance.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team of field officers.
• Familiarity with the microfinance regulatory environment in Indonesia, including compliance with OJK (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) regulations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
