📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Support the HR department in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and benefits information.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR department in managing HR-related administrative tasks, such as payroll processing and benefits administration.,Assist in the organization of HR-related events and activities, such as team-building exercises and training programs.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other HR staff as needed.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or food industry.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and administrative skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.
