📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and cranes.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Ensure all equipment complies with safety standards and regulations.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid unexpected breakdowns.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians.
• Work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment condition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Technician or similar role.
• Certified Heavy Equipment Technician (CHET) or equivalent certification.
• Proficient in using tools such as hydraulic jacks, wrenches, and diagnostic software like CAT Advantage.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Familiarity with construction and mining equipment brands such as Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Volvo.
• Ability to work in diverse environments and under pressure.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
