In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service using our CRM system and other customer service tools. You'll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of USD 2600 - 2700 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Use our CRM system to track customer interactions and ensure follow-ups are made.
• Assist in organizing and executing customer events and promotions.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all customer interactions.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service quality.
• Provide feedback to management on customer satisfaction and service improvements.
• Promote our brand and products through positive customer interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Proficient in using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with marketing and sales processes.
• Enthusiasm for building meaningful customer relationships.
